What is the minimum order?
It depends on the item. For foodstuff and building materials we usually start from one container; for spare parts and equipment we accept smaller orders. Tell us the quantity in your request and we will advise what fits.
What are the payment terms?
We usually work with an advance payment and the balance when the shipping documents are ready, or with a letter of credit from an approved bank. We agree the terms in writing before confirming the order.
How long does supply take?
Items in stock at our Jebel Ali warehouse ship within days. Orders from factories usually take 3 to 6 weeks depending on the item and the country of origin, and we state the time in the quotation.
How do you ensure inspection and quality?
We agree the specifications and packing with you, inspect the goods before shipping ourselves or through an independent inspection company on request, then send you the photos and the report.
Do you offer re-export?
Yes. We receive the goods in Jebel Ali, store them if needed, then re-export them to your country with the shipping documents and the required certificate of origin.
